How do I measure my wrist?

Wrap a strip of paper or a soft tape around your wrist just below the bone, snug but not tight, and mark where it meets. That measurement in centimetres is your wrist size. We add the right allowance when stringing, so give us the true measurement rather than a comfortable one. The journal has photographs of the process.

Can I change my order after paying?

Yes, if it has not been strung yet — usually within a few hours. Write immediately with your order number and what you would like changed. Once a made-to-order strand is built, changes are no longer possible.

Will I pay customs charges?

Possibly. Orders ship from China, and your country may charge import VAT or duty on delivery. These charges are set by your customs authority, not by us, and are not included in our prices. The shipping page explains this in full.

Can I return a Studio piece?

No — pieces built to your specification cannot be returned or exchanged, except where they arrive damaged or differ from what you specified. Ready-made pieces can be returned within 14 days.
